I stumbled across this, so I thought I'll redirect it here. However last update was in 2008. I believe the translations have been abandoned, but it's a good start to get someone interested and perhaps they might feel like continuing the translation?

Blurbs:
Peacock Feather tells the story of Gao Li, an assassin that was part of "July 15" group that belonged to Green Dragon Clan. They were supposed to kill Baili Zhang-qing, a well-known escort bureau leader, but Gao Li felt very heavy because Baili Zhang-qing had given him some favor in the past. It turned out that the assassination was botched by another member of the assassins. Gao Li had his own secret and his own wish to disengage himself from "July 15". What was the reason this other member actually renegade for? Could they help each other? Could they rely on the most fearsome hidden weapon in the world, 'the peacock feather', to save their own lives and to get back at "July 15" members who were after them?

I've checked the site. This story was not abandoned. It has already been completed. The novel does only have 6 chapters (some edition have 5).
